I am a creative problem solver whose production expertise allows me to guide complex development efforts for owned, paid and social media. I have strong leadership skills that help me oversee the project team’s activities and am accountable for the overall quality of work in conjunction with functional leads, ensuring goals are met and projects delivered on time and on budget.  I am a great communicator, motivator and project manager with an innate ability to get things done.

Primarily working in the Commercial & Corporate fields, I have worked on projects with budgets ranging from $50k on up.  I am extremely adaptable to various budget scenarios as well as creative styles.  I work hard to create a calm environment on set by making sure all cast, crew & clients are well informed and well taken care of.  I take pride in creating and executing budgets and bringing projects in on time and on budget.  Clients include:  Bayer Animal, Gatorade, Budweiser, Sonic, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Cerner, Isle of Capri Casino, Silpada, MO Tourism, Hallmark Cards, Garmin, Michelob, Fidelity Banks, US Army, Webby Awards, Pioneer Seeds, Children’s Health Centers, Ceva Animal Health



WEB PRODUCER  |  Media and Beyond- 1998 - 2000

Responsible for all content of monthly web-zine on Art and Technology including text, video and photography.  Responsible for generating content ideas, research and execution of articles and video pieces.  Produced Photo and video shoots.  Hired and key contact for all freelance writers, copy editors, videographers, video editors and photographers. Main communicator between web design team and senior staff members. Estimated and tracked budget for each issue.  Shot Digital Video and photography for site articles.



STUDIO MANAGER  |  David Harry Stewart Photography - 1994 - 1998

Managed all aspects of a Commercial Photography Studio from financials to print management.  Pivotal part of growing the company while there. Scheduled photo shoots, organized crews.  Produced and maintained web site for photographer. Coordinated all media operations i.e. digital scans, prints and graphics, promo mailings and books. In addition to above responsibilities, managed all administrative office operations and acted as key contact for all creative freelancers and project vendors. Managed general bookkeeping: accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll, liaison with Accountant, and supervised administrative and intern staff.  Managed print Orders, Stock Archive, Film Ordering and budgeting. Annual operating revenue: $2,000,000.00 +.



PREPARATORY ASST  |  The Museum of Contemporary Photography- 1992 - 1994   

Responsible for preparing the Museum space for exhibitions including installation of shows, matting and framing of artwork and general operating procedures.  This was a part-time position while attending Columbia College.
